the app is good, the customer service it's amazing! I like it overall, some bugs might happens but just ask for help at the chat, and they will either fix it for you or provide you assistance, you can fix it yourself, regardless your level of experience
Been using it for a few weeks with no issues. Super good customer support + is so much better than just using normal themes, makes your site look more legitimate, can't wait to see my conversion rate!

I have recommended GemPages to a friend of mine. My experience with them has been a positive one. They resolve issues fast and give you the opportunity to create a store you envision rather than work with stiff templates.
Amazing, It has allowed us to test landing pages for conversion without using any code at all. It works perfectly on shopify, easy to use, has excellent features and even better customer service.
Definitely, one of the best customer experiences I have gotten from any of those web page builders out there! CS is super quick and does an amazing job at assisting every needs.

This is an amazing app for someone like myself who does not know how to code. I would recommend this over the other apps that Shopify offers for drag and drop. The couple things that I would update to get to a 5 star would be customer service is really good, but because they are outnumbered by the questions when you need something answered fast, sometimes you have to wait a while. Like I said the customer service is good and that is something they can fix by just adding a few people to manage the workload and also have some tutorials available for the more simple stuff. The only other thing I would suggest is making headers and foots available so you can control them in the app and not have to use the one in your Shopify template and sticky objects. Other then that it is really easy to use and if you have tried Wix and keep things consistent is not an easy thing. This app has done that for designers and gets you an amazing website with no coding necessary unless you really need something very customizable.

Application has been amazingly easy to use. As a person with no prior knowledge to coding, Gem pages has helped me out tremendously. One of the best things i love is the live chat feature, the staff on the chat line, especially Chris, has been extremely helpful and enjoyable to talk to! Love it
I used it. My trial version ended, I asked for an extension, then they extended it. Very good customer service. I definitely would purchase a plan!
