I love Gem Pages. It was the best decision I made for my Shopify store. Very simple, and easy integrations in comparison to similar products. Most importantly, I appreciate the live customer service help from Chirs! He's amazing and allows helpful to solve my issue. Thank you Gem Pages

I use Gempages for all my stores, it's the easiest page builder app & their customer service is great. They helped me really fast! I'd definitely recommend it!

Apps works really good for building and optimizing pages, there was a problem and I contacted the support team and they solved the problem very fast.

It was incredibly user-friendly and reasonably priced at the beginning. However, some troublesome issues have arisen now. Here are the pros and cons of my personal experience for your reference:

There is a limitation on the number of products on the landing page.
There is a noticeable color discrepancy issue after uploading images. While it can be resolved by uploading them to the Shopify folder and then placing them on the GemPage page, it's relatively inconvenient.
I have been using it for many years, and switching would be difficult. I recommend that new users refrain from joining until the above-mentioned issues are resolved by the official team.
The customer service team is responsive and attentive, but the issues are related to the company's product

I've just started using this app, and it's great. There's lots of flexibility when designing product pages - and I'm delighted that I'm able to create the pages I envision in my mind without any coding experience. Very cool.

The online assistance is thorough and prompt. I really feel supported by the Gempages team, and I'm happy to have gone with them! If you want to make a slick-looking product page (or any page for that matter), and if you want to create 'outside the box' of your shopify theme, Gempages is a good way to go.

I am creating new product pages with the app and now I'm creating landing pages. I'm 60 + so tech is not my thing. I've hit a few snags along the way but their online support has been wonderful.
