The core function is excellent and you're really only limited by your imagination. Support is also very helpful and understanding. I do think there could be more support material, particularly around how Gem Pages works with product pages, sub-pages, themes and Shopify so you're given more of an overview of how everything links together. It's perhaps taken for granted that you know all that so I lost days trying to get to grips with that - hence the loss of a star. Overall, very good and will be using again.
Tina is a gem. She helped me our patiently and promptly. The app the amazing too. Give her a promotion. Also, more people should try out this app, seriously.

The customization is endless, very easy to use and no coding is needed!
The best part is that you don't need to buy $180 Shopify them, you can make it yourself here for $9/ month.

I'm a web designer by trade, and beginning to use this app seemed intuitive, easy, and fast. I loved it in the beginning. Shortly after, I had started gathering issues (integrating into Shopify Homepage, Product Element blocks not showing properly, widgets not completely loading in the gem builder, inconsistent viewing, and continuous bug after bug).
This is where it stopped being intuitive and straight annoying. A web designers apps and tools are everything to them. It's how I do my job. I found I couldn't depend on GemPages to properly execute my designs or support me with my problems when I needed them to, and for this, that is their BIGGEST flaw.
That's why they have a two star rating. The interface is beautiful and the customization is endless. However, if you have deadlines and wish for support to fix your problems FIRST TIME AROUND, this app will do nothing but disappoint you.
The app is wonderful for our small business. I'm not even a paid subscriber yet, but the I already get a FULL and FAST support to all the questions I have! Looking forward to working with you!
Good drag and drop builder. Had some minor issues getting my template to communicate with the builder but I read that's common for Shopify since everything is not just one source like square space. Be patient with live support it is not
always instant which is totally fine but some people may assume it is...still very responsive.
