THE GRAETEST PAGE BUILDER WITH THE BEST SUPPORT!
I am using GemPages for all stores I have since years. The support is always geat, and knows really what to do! They write codes for you, guiding everything with screenshots, create templates for you, absolutely great. I have never experienced such a great support in an app ever!

This app has amazing customer support, they are quick to help even late at night. Sarah has helped me out a lot! I am super impressed with their team to say the least. The app builder itself is great, it reminds me a lot of Elementor which I use for Wordpress but honestly, I think Gem pages is much easier to use. If you are even somewhat familiar with building websites, this is a much better option vs. hiring an expensive "shopify expert" to code for you.
The BEST support team of any Shopify app by far! They don't just guide you but help you implement changes to get exactly what I'm looking for. Special shout out to Elizabeth & Harry for their great help! Really can't thank them enough! :)
GemPages is one of the best tools I have used so far. Their support isn't the fastest, but they always help, and they will even create a custom section for you personally that they don't have at all. Their AI in the new version is powerful and saves you time. Highly recommended.
Amazing support, super easy to use. Great for new store owners and veteran ones. Nothing bad to say. Had a support agent fix 3 of my problems in literally 20 minutes. Harry is a fantastic helper.

We absolutely love GemPages! (No; seriously!). After an incredibly frustrating time using the Zipify Page Builder and spending countless hours with it, we discovered it wasn't suitable for our needs. With GemPages, we've encounters zero issues and actually found that it is not only easier to use and faster loading, but it had the customisable options that we so desperately needed. They also don't impose as many restrictions as other page builders do. How about the Support? That has been perfect; too! So we honestly can't give GemPages anything but a 5* rating!
GemPages is an app that we can definitely recommend to anyone currently part of the Shopify community looking for a smoother web page building experience. We've used CMS platforms such as WordPress and Joomla in the past but decided to move over to Shopify for e-commerce purposes which in our opinion is a safer and better option to integrate payment processing solutions without much of a hassle and in the beginning, using Shopify without GemPages was much more challenging without a doubt. I hope the GemPages team continues growing since it is very evident they have created a truly promising business solution which only has opportunity for even bigger and better things to come. In addition, the technical support team is by far the best I've seen in years. Thank you guys!
