2. I love this app. It is easy to create new looks for your website. I love the scheduling feature. If you have a one-day sale, you can schedule the design to change when the deal ends. The customer service is excellent. Just IM them in the chat if you have an issue, and they will immediately begin solving it. Thank you very much, Emma, for your recent help.

The customer service is outstanding. They helped me solve an issue that wasn't even part of their app. It's great to know I can ask for help from them when I need it.

Support was responsive. I had a problem with an image slider carousel causing issues with Google Page Speed's "Cumulative Layout Shift" score, and I reached out to them about it. Ultimately, I figured out a quick & dirty CSS modification that fixed the problem without them needing to make code changes to the product, but it was quite helpful just to have someone else on the other side to chat about the issue and offer to have the devs look into it further (which as it turns out I didn't need) Thanks, Tony and Kenny!

Excellent support. Even on weekends! Staff provides very detailed replies and easy to follow video clips.

We have been using GemPages for about 3 years to create our website. The company has very fast, helpful and kind customer service. I would recommend GemPages.

Stuck itself in every inch of the code to my website and not easily removed even seems to be adding more of itself after uninstalling, and the landing page doesn't even work correctly. Has slowed down my website significantly!

I cannot rate the team highly enough! just had an issue that prevented me from updating new data , the gempages team not only responded super fast but they fixed the issue as well! Awesome customer service, and from a different continent and time zone. Thankyou :)

I think it's very useful. We can build any kind of page we want. If you dont know what to build, there are some templates for you to use. And the customer support team is always responsive and helpful. Recommended!
