I have been using Shopify for quite awhile and have installed many Apps over that time. I must say I have just had the best experience with GLO Color Swatches...particularly with the Consultant named Sarah!
I live in Australia, so one of the biggest hurdles is overcoming problems when most support teams are offline. Even though it was the weekend...Sarah was able to install my App and make some necessary changes for me. She was the most helpful, kind, and professional consultant I have found so far.
