I had an error on my page that I just couldn't figure out, so I reached out to customer service. Sarah got back to me and had the issue resolved before the end of the day. She also sent me screenshots of the solve to make sure that I was happy with the results. I highly recommend the customer service team for their due diligence...even on a holiday. Thanks Sarah!

We have used this app for a few years and it works great. Their customer service has been quick to help out with setup and any issues that have popped up. If you are looking for a swatch app, I would recommend it.

Amazing experience i had issue with variants options in my new theme i ask them to fix i never saw this responsiveness for the app support they have fix the issue on the same day with continuous updates and testing.

Fantastic experience. App in itself works great, but the customer support is exceptional. We had a couple of issues that were promptly answered and then resolved within a matter of hours that involved their team reviewing our code and theme and making bespoke changes to fit our needs.

Love how the app installed easily, easy setup and saved me a TON of time with the 1000s of unique color/texture swatches we have. When I didn't understand something (browser caching) they helped me right away.

Customer service is super helpful and we have found they always resolve any issue we may come across. Very responsive to any queries we might have. Highly recommend.

I really love this app!
It managed to link my separate products as if they were variants, even though they’re actually individual products — exactly what I needed and couldn’t find in other apps.

On top of that, it’s completely free and the support is super fast and helpful.

Terrible app. Caused a discount glitch on my store that costed us a lot of money and time. Support was non existent. Wouldn't recommend at all.
