I looked at a lot of menu apps before settling on Globo. I found this the easiest to produce the results I needed. I started on the free menu but have now upgraded to make used of the tabbed menus. You need to work at it and it's a bit trial and error, however the end results are worthwhile. You may also want to enter some custom CSS to get the best results. Support were always helpful, although their hours may not match up with your own as they're in Vietnam!

I had an issue, that I couldn't get my megamenu to go across my enire page. I reached out to the support and they fixed it for me, just the way I wanted it. I also had a wish that they would add a possibillity to choose to have a shadow under the submenu. In a few minutes they added it on my menu. So now I have the mega menu just as I want it. Thank you!
So, for the support it's five stars. För the app it's a bit less because I think what I wanted should be in the tool from the beginning.
So far, so good! Every time I’ve had minor issues here and there, the developers have been incredibly quick to respond and resolve them. I didn’t even need to follow up. The next day, everything was fixed without me needing to elaborate further on the issues. They understood immediately.
Huge improvement to the standard menu in my Shopify theme! Took some getting used to on choosing the layouts I liked, but now that I've got it all done, there's been great feedback from customers.
