Still in the trial period but I have to say that the support provided for minor modifications has been excellent. Helen helped me get some small issues ironed out in no time. As for the app, early days, but it allows me a lot of flexibility on how I want to set up the menu on my store! Thanks!

Great app, i used it to display products in a carousel style for my collections,but it does a hell of alot more than that. I had a small issue with mobile view not being quite right and support was pretty much instantaneous and fixed with 30 minutes.
Highly recomend this app and support staff behind it.

I have a complex theme and while they have native mega menus, they're not easy to use. Globo's Mega Menu is definitely easy to use, and I did have a technical issue but their customer support was SUPER responsive! So far so good, happy to recommend this app.

Nice app had some issues but it was quickly fixed, good for the price. A lot of customization can be done

I recently was looking for an app to create a mega menu on my website and found quite a few options. Most of the apps I tried didn't work out very well or had poor usability. Then I tried Globo Mega Menu and now I will not be switching to anything else. I easily set up the menu and then encountered an issue with styling. I reached out for support and within 3 business days the issue was resolved. Great App! Great customer service! Highly recommend for your site!

You can create your own menu.
I think the degree of freedom is particularly high among free apps.
Also, when the setting does not go well,
After talking to the operator, the problem was resolved immediately.
I think it's a very good app.

I normally hate having to reach out for help, but I tried over and over to fix my tech issue and had done all I could on my end to no avail. Then, I reached out to customer service, and they got back to me within 10 mins they explained we are in a big time zone difference and about a possible delay in timing because of this (totally understandable) and they explained exactly what to expect. Not many explain what to expect right off and this is a good quality to have. Good Job on communication skills! I think it was late for them, but they still sent me the request to fix and when I got up this morning USA (EST) time it was all fixed. I am really impressed with the level of customer service! Keep up the good work and thank you!
