Best mega menu on shopify, great support when you want to make changes and need help.
Very much recommend
Works wonderfully. So much better than what the theme gives you. Easy to use. Adds so much functionality to my site.
The app is GREAT, very customizable and the support is even better! I'm very pleased so far. Thank you!
Love this app! Needed help on a couple of things with my menu and they got back to me right away. Amazing customer service! App is super easy to use (even for someone like me who is not good with anything tech). Highly recommend!
Great app. I've tried multiple different apps for my store and Globo Mega Menu is by far the best. It's very easy to use and also very stylish. The support is instant. Contacted them and they fixed the problem within minutes. Great work guys!
I used this app to help create a menu bar for my website. I found it easy to use! Also I am impressed with the support you receive if you require additional help. Thanks :)
I just opened my store and I installed the Mega Menu app and I continue to get 404 error messages on my site when trying to click on a category. I worked with customer service to fix it however it continues to happen. If this app were Free I would give it a better rating but its not. If you download this app just be careful and spot check your site. I will be looking for other options.
Good app for mega menu options. I needed some extra css coding and the development team has supported me perfectly within their possibilities.
The Globo Mega Menu app is like magic for my Shopify store! It's super easy to use – I just click around, and my menu looks amazing. If I ever get stuck, the helpers are quick to answer and really know their stuff.
Guess what? The free version is awesome! It does so much that you usually have to pay for with other apps. They really care about all kinds of stores, big or small.
The best part? I can make my menu look exactly how I want it. I pick colors, fonts, and everything – it's like a menu makeover!
In short, this app is a superhero. It's simple, the helpers are great, the free stuff is amazing, and I can make it look cool for my store. If you have a Shopify store, you should totally get it! It's my favorite tool now.
Unfortunately while the globo Mega Menu app has lots of great looking features and appears easy to edit yourself at first glance, it is glitchy when set live and we had to contact the support team to investigate display issues - their solution was to custom code an adjusted version of the app into particular themes, however this meant that any updates we then made to menu and republished undid custom code even when publishing the themes they'd worked on, as updated versions of the menu (different fonts, colours etc) overwrote their work and the glitches reappeared. Duplicating a live theme to make edits to and then publishing it - standard best practice for ensuring you can quickly roll back to a previous version in case of any errors - meant waiting for their team to go back in and edit code every time, and long periods passed with other work happening to the site between each time their team were able to take action. While I appreciate their keenness to provide customer service, it makes the app unusable in practice, and the final straw was waking up to find that they'd made edits to the live theme without first asking for permission and without actually making a fresh copy of the site before doing so - meaning the only way to roll back their changes was to publish an older version of the site from several days ago. This meant that our live theme had an unfinished version of the menu with the wrong styling visible to shoppers. The support team are responsive and do want to help, but they build in fixes that only they can edit rather than simply amending features of the app so that anyone can use them. E.g we found that we could customise the number of product blocks per row on desktop view but not on mobile using one of the premium app features, and asked them to adjust so we could have a different mobile version - their team could edit mobile view manually, but seemingly can't just edit the app to make it so you can customise that yourself
