AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! Customer service is top NOTCH! The person who helped me out literally say on chat with me for close to an hour helping me solve all the issues i have in my merchant center I could not ask for anything Better!

The app itself is amazing. You get what you pay for. I was running the offical google sales channel before this and OMG what a nightmare. Their channel somehow got itself in some sort of errored state after they changed their model from the smart shopping to the pmax stuff. It only had 40 or so of my products synced and they werent even the correct products. All had mismatched price because it stopped uploaded so long aho it was out of date! I deleted it and got my account out of suspension due to misrepresentation. Literally their own official app causes you so many issues its insane.

Do yourself a favor and just pay for the app. You get what you pay for with this one!

Twice in 5 months this app randomly triggers the deletion of my GMC account and I have to contact Google support/restart from scratch. This app has serious issues. I warn anyone against using it until they can prove they've resolved this issue (which from what I can tell, nobody on support understands or can explain -- they just blame it on Google).

I was amazed by the customer service for this app! The team blew me away - they actually took the initiative and care to reach out to me and offer all aid in getting it set up so the whole process went seamlessly. I hardly did anything but follow the prompts as the friendly expert guided be through it. So very grateful I went with this team and this brilliant app! If you want try google ads - do yourself a favour and choose CEDCommerce

they have experience agents like Dixy and Swati who would help you with setting up merchant accounts and also helping out with google merchant suspension. Their support is unbelievable and they will help you 1:1 till your problems are solved. I can't believe there is an app like this. much more helpful than google chat agent!

I installed the app about a month back and the support was good. While they assist in setup, you can easily feel their nudge towards a paid plan. But thats fine. We hoped to take it anyway. While the support is prompt, may executives are trainees who simply dont understand the issue. But even that can be condoned.
Her are the real issues:
#Even after a month and numerous chats, we havent been able to make the app to work correctly. The app keeps uploading old sold out products to merchant center, and consuming all the credits. Despite several requests, they are unable to fix it. The custom profile we created clearly exclude sold out products yet the app everytime upload products in default profile which you cannot control except by unpublishing products on your shopify store. This completely negates the purpose of custom profiles. And, to add insult to injury, while the app uploads these sold out products, it also consumes all your credits.
They promised to fix it, yet our GMC is filed with old sold-out products that the app repeatedly uploads. This is our first ever negative review, but it is well-deserved. I hope they are able to fix the bugs.
