The plan renews itself every month and breaks the links to shipping settings which unpublished every listing. Many issues with Tech Support. Swati is not a real person but AI...the image is AI. When there were issues, IT would send you down rabbit holes researching errors which did not exist. We had to explain the errors and why they were occurring. Why does the app not notify when the links are broken...and which happens frequently which require complete reset of shipping settings which then requires feed to repopulate. After giving access to Google Account, added an additional third party email without our notice or approval. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Dear PrinceofScots,

The plan renews every month because its a monthly recurring plan that you chose, and you know that, but renewing plan has got nothing to do with any shipping settings. Shipping settings are broken because you used multiple apps for Google, which is not recommended and was told to you multiple times.

You called our team member an AI, which is a totally an irrelevant term as you yourself have took taken their help on multiple occasions and it does not look professional on your end, and our member Swati has assisted hundreds of sellers so they are not an AI.

Your third party email refers to merchant centre access which you yourself gave, and most sellers do, so how can we add something until you yourself give access. And its the same email that you gave access to.

Please reach out to us for any clarifications, we will be happy to assist you.

This evening I reached out to the most wonderful customer care representative I have ever had the honor of working with. Swati, a very wise and polite expert, walked me through all of the rigorous steps needed to resolve my complex problem. Briefly, I have an online store selling various coffees. Although my store has been online and ready to complete orders, we have been virtually invisible on Google. This problem made it impossible to sell anything. Maybe you can imagine the frustration? Thanks to Swati's detailed guidance through the many challenging procedures involved in fixing my site's problem, we can now make progress. If not for her we would be back at zero trying to figure our way through the maze of confusion. Thank you so much! If I were her manager there would be no question about promoting her all the way up the ladder. We need more Swatis in this world. Once again, thank you very much. We owe it all to you.

This app is fantastic, encompasses great features like default and custom profiles, fixed to variable inventories, keeping product and order syncing on/off at your convenience and others. Support is fabulous. Totally recommend this app!

Had pretty much given up on Google merchant centre, I just couldn't figure out what was wrong!! Swati helped me step by step to understand and correct what was causing the problems. Give these guys a go before giving up!!!

Great app, much better than others we've tested in the past. We had a few issues with synching but customer service was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Twice in 5 months this app randomly triggers the deletion of my GMC account and I have to contact Google support/restart from scratch. This app has serious issues. I warn anyone against using it until they can prove they've resolved this issue (which from what I can tell, nobody on support understands or can explain -- they just blame it on Google).
