Reputon makes it pretty easy to display Google reviews and collect new ones on Shopify, which is important for building trust with customers. The setup was straightforward, although I had a few questions about Google Merchant reviews and the different Shopify page extensions.
Also, specifically James from support was great. He replied quickly, understood what I was trying to do, and gave me clear, simple instructions to get everything set up. No long explanations or unnecessary back and forth — just quick and helpful answers.
Everything is working well now, and the app does exactly what we needed. Definitely recommend it, especially if you want an easy way to use your Google reviews on your Shopify store.
A great easy-to-use app, and well worth the price considering the potential complexity of setting up Google store ratings on Shopify.
