Merchants appreciate this app for its straightforward setup and intuitive interface, ideal for those with minimal technical expertise. It efficiently manages Google Shopping feeds with features like seamless product uploads and real-time updates. Exceptional customer support is frequently highlighted, alongside significant improvements in ad performance and sales. The app also supports multiple platforms and offers customization options for diverse business needs and international operations.
I have been using this app for 3 years but I am starting to realize now how much they came in the way of our data collection.
Sure it is great value for $5, but do you really want your data collection from ads to be setup by a team that just copies and pastes answers? These guys are the laziest people when it comes to ticket resolution. Often times I get the same message of giving them access in the same thread, something I have given them years ago and repeatedly remind them. It takes 30 responses to get anything resolved, and this week I decided to move on to another tool.
If you spend thousands on ads, take to a better solution, these guys have a terrible product. I have been using them for 3 years and in the last week my data collection has improved significantly with another tool.
Pay cheap prices and get cheap service, as simple as that
The team really helps with setting and optimizing the feeds. They offer a variety of services and always willing to hop in a call and make sure everything is right!
2 things stand out for me.
1. The App is very good and easy to use.
2. The customer service, is one of the best iv encountered ( given how most companies don't get back to you, or use AI Bots ). These guys come back to you right away, with a real person. They are super helpful and knowledgeable. I fell so supported with them and a massive shout out to Ajit who has been amazing.
