Merchants describe this as a robust, time‑saving tool for managing product feeds across Google, Microsoft/Bing, Meta, Pinterest, and Facebook. It handles complex, multilingual, multi‑market setups and large catalogs, with fast, reliable syncing and powerful feed customization and tracking (including Consent Mode and server‑side). Installation and migration are smooth, and merchants consistently praise the fast, patient, and highly knowledgeable support.
Excellent app to make product feeds hassle free. Customer service live chat was quick and very responsive. I was able to correct a sync issue quickly.
Simprosys continues to be one of the most valuable Shopify apps for managing product feeds across Google, Microsoft/Bing, Meta, and Pinterest.
Their new interface is excellent — cleaner, faster, more intuitive, and much easier to manage compared to before. It is clear that the Simprosys team has invested a lot of thought into improving the overall user experience.
A very special mention goes to Saad, who is truly a diamond of the Simprosys team. The level of knowledge, patience, professionalism, and technical support he has provided to the Mistry Marketing team has been exceptional.

** 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience – Businesses Beware\!**
One of the worst experiences we’ve had with a Shopify app\. Extremely disappointing pricing practices, unreasonable limitations, and a complete lack of consideration for existing paying customers\.
We were already paying a very high subscription fee, yet when we encountered an issue with the product limit, instead of providing a reasonable solution, we were essentially pushed toward paying even more\.
**What made this experience even worse was discovering a $203\.97 charge to our credit card following this issue, which we had not explicitly approved\.** We were shocked and extremely frustrated by the situation\.
As business owners, we expect transparency, fair pricing, and trustworthy billing practices\. Unfortunately, our experience with Simprosys has been the exact opposite\.
The pricing structure and unexpected charges have completely destroyed our confidence in this company\.
**To other Shopify store owners: Please be extremely careful\. Review the subscription terms, billing arrangements, and product limitations before installing this app\.** What initially seems like a useful service can become a frustrating and expensive experience\.
We have decided to stop using this service and would not recommend it to other businesses\.
