Für den deutschen Markt meiner Meinung nach nicht verwendbar.

Nach einem Wochenende testen wieder deinstalliert, das kann ein Unternehmen ruinieren! Meiner Einschätzung nach liegt das an fehlerhafter Sprachanpassung englischsprachiger App / deutschem Merchant Center. Beispiele:
In der App hinterlegte Artikelzustände werden gar nicht übermittelt.
Die App zeigt längst behobene Fehlermeldungen des Merchant Center (welche nicht einmal das Merchant Center selbst anzeigt) nach Stunden immer noch an.
Da alle 278 Artikel meines Shops fehlerbehaftet (u. a. lokale Inventardaten, obwohl gar nicht aktiviert und auch die Datenguellen im MC gelöscht sind) übertragen wurden als mit der Google-eigenen App und weiterhin als "Begrenzt" angezeigt werden, bleibt mir nur das Löschen. Schade!
Mehr Glück nach einer vernünftigen Lokalisierung der App.

costumer support dont know what they are doing. I followed the instruction of costumer support to add a market. after 10min my products are disaproved, everytime they say something else. When i show them what the error is, they dont listen they dont care about your bussiness;)

This app resulted in a Google Merchant Centre suspension, with unclear reasoning as to why but started when the app was installed. Customer support were unhelpful. Their app itself doesn't do anything special, it sets up the most basic campaign and then you still need to go into Google Ads to ensure you've got your detailed setup done, so it's useless. I don't recommend this at all, stay away.

Used to be a great app, but now their customer service is terrible. I've contacted them five (!!!) times through Shopify, and they still can’t find my email. Complete letdown. I can’t recommend them—there are far more reliable apps out there.

We discovered that the Simprosys app is automatically turning on tracing tags via the Web Pixels API without our permission. This is a serious concern because it results in duplicate events being sent to platforms, which can completely distort analytics and ad tracking data.

The app is quite complex and requires a lot of attention to detail. We discovered it adds extra customer event tags, which slowed down our homepage and product pages by 15–20% (confirmed with Google PageSpeed). Since we don’t run Google Ads or Facebook Ads, the app brought no real benefits, only slower performance. Support is not available during the day and replies only by email. In the end, we decided to uninstall, as it was just wasting time and money. Make sure you truly need this app before installing.

Terrible Customer Service. Issue ongoing for more than a week and still can not see how they are going to resolve their mistake. Continue to ignore basic questions and have failed to take responsibility. Performed updates in google merchant centre without consent and blamed issues on "google errors". Then asked me what the google errors are when they were the ones who said there were errors! Sent communication to an alternative email without consent. They seem to be confused and responses are to deny responsibility rather than resolve the underlying issue, there by continuing to impact the customer.

The app has completely destroyed my successful Performance Max Campaigns. Due to a technical fault in the Simprosys app, it is excluding all my best selling products from Google ads. This is costing me thousands in lost sales and all the valuable learnings from my campaigns.

The support team are on holiday for 10 DAYS with limited, delayed support. Absolutely shocking support, considering I have been using this app for 4 years now and they have allowed me to sink like this.

avoid at all costs. support is horrific. the app doesn't work.
We have been struggling with this App. Out of Stock items continue to show up in paid Ads. We want product to be able to be purchased-even if out of stock-but not have the items advertised so we pay for Clicks. THIS APP DOES NOT ALLOW THIS! Support is horrific...long delays to respond....zoom calls are a complete waste of time as you can't understand a word that is said. Stay away from this App.

Update: They reply once and ask you to rephrase your question, and never bother replying back. You need better support people! Nilesh Bhambhani is not replying back, can you get us someone that can help fix the errors? Ticket# 567698

Previous Feedback: Way too many errors with this app. You can actually drop way down on Google shopping if you're not careful using this app. Our ads dropped way below our competitors because of the errors. We contacted this company several times about the same errors, and it's a constant run around of nothing getting done. It's been several months now. We just wish they would help us fix the errors.

Dear Merchant,

We apologize for the errors you are experiencing with our app. We know how important it is to have a high-performing product feed for Google Shopping. We are committed to helping you fix the errors and boost your Google Shopping results.

We have checked your case and we found that most of the errors/warnings are due to selling pre-owned (used) products, which are not allowed for Buy on Google Listings. This causes your products to be disapproved for this destination, but they should still be active for Shopping Ads.

To solve this issue, we suggest you exclude your products from Buy on Google from our app. Alternatively, you can disable the Buy on Google program from your Google Merchant Center, which will be discontinued by Google in September 2023 anyway.

Another error/warning related to product condition can be fixed by correcting the structured data markup for your online store. This requires some technical skills, so you may need to hire a developer to do it for you. If you don't have a developer, we can offer you our tech support team to help you with that.

We have explained these solutions to you via email, and we have also sent you detailed guides and tutorials on how to use our app to fix the errors. We have also invited you to a Google Meet Call where we can show you how to fix the issue together via screen sharing. Alternatively, we have asked you to grant us access to your accounts so we can fix it for you.

However, we have not received any response or confirmation from you regarding these options. As a result, the errors remain in your Google Merchant Center account.

We urge you to take action and use our app to resolve the errors as soon as possible.
