Was previously having issues with Google Merchant Center and so glad I came across Simprosys. The service provided by Nilesh was phenomenal - he took the time to help configure my shopping feeds and troubleshooted all the issues. Product and service is top notch.

It's the gold standard in shopify merchant feed apps. Good customisation options, built in traffic, and excellent customer support.

The functionality is good but the support is terrible when things are not working. Support team do not properly investigate issues and advise things are working and tracking when they are not. The free trial was set to roll over to a paid plan when completed and as they did not do so, functionality and services we cut off, they were unable to restore the service, continuing to advise it was working when it was not. Great when it works, terrible service and lack of knowledgable or proactive support when it doesn't.

Migrated from the Google & YouTube channel to Simprosys across 12 market feeds (10 countries, 6 languages), the support team guided us through every step: matching product IDs to preserve our Google Ads campaign history, verifying feed labels in writing, and even diagnosing a conflict where the old channel kept re-enabling settings we had removed. Switch completed in 40 minutes with zero downtime on live campaigns. Outstanding support for the price. Highly recommended for multi-market stores.

Very useful app for keeping the google ads optimized without messing with the setup of our site. It functions as a nice middle layer. Great support team too.

The support team was amazing. The Google Local Inventory feed is notoriously difficult to set up and meet all the requirements and mine kept having issues. Nehal, Aman and the other support team keep working with me until it finally got connected. They even opened a ticket with Google support and went back and forth with them on my behalf many times. Truly excellent service and I'm so happy to have my product feed finally stable and working on all channels.
