I’ve had a very positive experience with Simprosys. The app is easy to use, reliable, and has made managing my Google Shopping and product feeds much easier.

Absolutely Brilliant Shopify Shopping Feed App!

I honestly can’t recommend the Simprosys Shopping Feed app highly enough. It has made managing product feeds so much easier and taken a huge amount of the headache out of working with different shopping channels.

The app is incredibly straightforward to use, even when dealing with more complex feed setups, product attributes and multiple destinations. Everything is laid out clearly, and the level of control over the feed is excellent.

What really stands out, though, is the support. The Simprosys team has been absolutely fantastic. They are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely willing to help get things working properly. Nothing feels like too much trouble, and they explain things clearly rather than leaving you trying to figure everything out yourself!

They also very easily helped me set up a product feed for GPT Ads, which was something I was particularly impressed with. The whole process was straightforward, and they were happy to help make sure everything was configured correctly.

If you're running a Shopify store and need a reliable, powerful solution for managing your shopping feeds, this is definitely the app I'd recommend. It's saved me time, simplified what could otherwise be a very complicated process, and the support alone makes it worth having.

A genuinely excellent app backed by an excellent team.

Really happy with this app and the support behind it. Had some sync issues with my Google Merchant Center feed and honestly wasn't sure how to fix it, but their support team stuck with me and helped sort it out properly. Quick replies, clear explanations, no rushing me off. Would recommend if you're managing Google Shopping through Shopify.

Did not knew at that time that it would be a game changer. I also implemented server side tracking. Also, the support is amazing, really incredible how fast they respond to my dumbness.

Product features and the support are excellent, this app has made it easy to submit multiple feeds in multiple regions for multiple stores across the world. Recommend.

It's very good value. It has some limitations, eg images can't be managed in the app, but if you need support the team are helpful.

The support is genuinely excellent. I received a quick response, and the team stayed with me until everything was properly resolved rather than simply directing me to a help article. They were patient, knowledgeable and clearly have a strong understanding of Google Shopping.

The app does exactly what it promises, but the quality of the support is what really sets it apart. Highly recommended.

Fast, clear and professional support

Tirth from the Simprosys team resolved my issue in a single response. I had been confused about why the feed section in Microsoft Merchant Center appeared empty — he clearly explained that Simprosys uses the Content API for direct product submission, so no traditional feed URL exists. This is completely normal behavior. Quick, accurate and professional support. Highly recommend the app and the team behind it!
