Some nice features to get you started. Couple of complaints, though:
1) Customer service is not readily available.
2) Annoying amount of banner ads on their dashboard and using their tools for other apps they own. If you 'x' out, they come back in 1 minute.
3) Red alerts on the dash really mean that they have new features. Has nothing to do with warnings or errors. Red alerts will not go away.
4) I cannot put in sizes into the product unless I do it on Shopify and with towels as the category, I'd prefer to leave it out on Shopify. Google recommends/requires it. No feature with their program for this.
Great and responsive customer service. Always sort out any issues I may be having. Could not recommend enough.

avoid at all costs. support is horrific. the app doesn't work.
We have been struggling with this App. Out of Stock items continue to show up in paid Ads. We want product to be able to be purchased-even if out of stock-but not have the items advertised so we pay for Clicks. THIS APP DOES NOT ALLOW THIS! Support is horrific...long delays to respond....zoom calls are a complete waste of time as you can't understand a word that is said. Stay away from this App.
The support and knowledge from the Simprosys team is second to none. All issues I had were quickly resolved over email and even video conferencing. Highly recommend this app over the free Google and Youtube channel app where there is little to no configuration possible.
the app is excellent, but the costumer support is beyond amazing. just with a simple click to access the live chat the response time is pretty fast. an the agent (Abhishek Tiwari) is well trained as he did solve my technical query in less then 10 min

The best app out there for handling your google shopping feed! I have been using for half a decade. Great support and they solve any issues that you have. Don't go anywhere else for your feed.
