Support Service is best and every time give proper solution and resolution
Simprosys is amazing. Easy to work with and better than all other apps. And setting it up is real easy.
I recently had the pleasure of using this app and was thoroughly impressed. Not only does the app deliver on its promises, but the customer support provided by Sachin Vaghela was truly exceptional. Their swift problem resolution left me thoroughly satisfied. I highly recommend this app to anyone seeking a seamless and reliable experience.
Support is unresponsive, Custom Label 0 which clearly shows as being removed doesn't go away. I'm very experienced with the app and re-synced data multiple times. No response for 3 days now and it's still not working.
It's large shop...perhaps not great for larger collections.
After years of using this app, I'm actively looking at other apps and doing this DIY. '

Thats the best app i've used all my life
I had an issue activating the conversion tracking and customer care made it a breeze. I am really impressed with how everything went, that is why I am giving a 5 star.
I'm reaching out to share a concerning experience I've had with the Symprosys app, and to caution you against installing it on your Shopify store.
This app has caused severe disruptions for many businesses, myself included, by leading to the loss of Google Feed in Merchant Center and, in some cases, resulting in accounts being banned from Google Ads. Despite these significant issues, it's astonishing that Symprosys is still active on the Shopify platform.
What's even more troubling is the app's vindictive behavior upon subscription pause or uninstallation. Users have reported that Symprosys maliciously deletes their Google Feed as a way of "thanking" them for using the app. This is not just a betrayal of trust but a deliberate sabotage of your Google presence.
Please heed this warning: do not install the Symprosys app on your Shopify store. It's imperative to safeguard your Google control and avoid the potential harm this app could inflict on your business.
Spread the word among fellow merchants to prevent them from facing similar setbacks.
Were having some problems with our Shopify schema and the Simprosys feed to Google. They were able to quickly explain and fix this complex issue for us.
