Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

Simprosys makes managing our Merchant Center shopping feed simple! Their support team is top notch and very responsive. We highly recommend Simprosys!

So far so good, just started using it and all works well, had to contact support for an integration issue and they fixed it instantly. So far very happy.

The app has been giving us consecutive issues with price mismatch issues over almost a year, every time we contact the common things they says is:
do not use Shopify geolocation app popup
your micro data has issues and they every time fix it and still the issue exists.
they want us to override all Shopify market conversion prices from automatic to manual.

every single thing is done every time and the issue keeps on appearing the problem with them is there senior management is just not bothered and they put everything over to the juniors who just have basic know how or they are just not bothered at all. every single website we have is same issues, I would not recommend them at all although we are stuck with them and cannot switch as of now as its too much of a work for now. Typical problem with Indian companies the moment they become big everything goes to junior staff who is not bothered I wont say not capable they are just non serious.

The simprosys app is a great app with all the needed features to support our google Ads etc. Excellent customer experience from Sachin who was supportive to us in looking into our requirements and providing the needed support and guidance, with patience, attention to details and great knowledge of the app. A valuable addition to the Team, keep it up!

This app is very good, easy to use, and really helps with the Google feed. I was having several problems with mine, and the support is incredible; they helped me resolve everything.

Very streamlined process compared to tracking google ads manually and setting everything up. Unfortunately though, when trying to do things manually, I had screwed quite a lot of things up, but with the help of a very patient support team member, Saad, I was finally able to have all my issues fixed with everything working. I really appreciate Saad's work with fixing all my issues, he provided amazing support and made sure any questions or concerns of mine were answered.
