Gooten: Print on Demand

I really like this app compared to other print on demand companies. The interface is really easy to use and support has been fantastic to deal with. They also have a nice selection of products. So far I am very happy with them.

Working with Gooten has been great since the beginning of our connection. They were so helpful to all of our needs, big and small. Very responsive customer service team as well! A great variety of products to choose from, and they have welcomed our suggestions as well. Love their customer interface, very user friendly. Overall, great company to work with!

Since working with Gooten, I have been so pleased with the overall process. POD is new for our company, so we weren’t quite sure how it would all work out. Being able to sync our Shopify store with Gooten was slightly difficult; however, the Gooten team was quick to respond and helped us get everything set up. Overall, Gooten has wonderful customer service and is incredibly helpful and open to all our needs. We especially LOVE working with Maddy! :)

So far, excellent product and easy to work with for rectangular items such as tea towels and shower curtains. Haven't tried much else yet. My only complaint is the cost of shipping to Canada. I am not sure I will be able to use for much due to that reason. Shipping three items to Canada $50 and for items that are not that expensive it is hard to bury that cost in the price of the item.
And I do like the interface! Very clean and easy, so far!!!

I've loved using this app. It's so easy to connect with my store and I love being able to offer unique products with my own designs on them without worrying about the manufacturing and shipping.

I'm a photographer and artist, and I use the Gooten app on my Shopify website. In fact, it's the only fulfillment app I'm using right now. I like their prices on Prints, Canvas (wraps and framed) and mugs. Customers like the quality and rave about it, so I'm good :-)

The website/app for creating products can be buggy at times, but I've never had a problem that I haven't been able to fix or work around.

Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience and would recommend this app to others.

Good products and excellent customer support! Easy to use and they really listen when you have a suggestion or need an improvement.

I use a variety of PoD vendors, and LOVE some of the unique items we can get at Gooten. Our niche is specifically towards the fashion/pageant industry and our customers have really enjoyed the items and come back for more. They don't have the biggest apparel variety, but their other items are top-notch!

it's impossible to log in I looked up and down the whole page and through each option to no avail. they do not care that we need to gain access after we set up the account

I was manually placing orders through Canvas on Demand, placing a bunch of other orders through a local printshop for paper posters, and basically if I was on vacation or was out for a few days, orders wouldn't get placed because even my business partner had no idea how I was juggling all these manual tasks and keeping track of manual order confirmation emails, etc. Until I was introduced to Gooten.

Gooten solved ALL my problems. My clients place their orders, they get fulfilled automatically, and they receive shipping notifications without me having to do ANYTHING.

The setup process was easy, and we were up and running in a couple of weeks - mainly because I was experimenting with a lot of non-essential stuff.

I highly recommend Gooten to anyone who wants a hands-off approach to selling posters or canvases.
