Gooten: Print on Demand

I’m a new customer, but so far I have nothing but good things to say. My customers have been very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the throw pillows and accent mugs. I can wait to create more products. The software is easy to learn, and the wide selection of merchandise really sets Gooten apart from the competitors. Tech support is also top notch.

When push came to shove, Gooten exceeded my expectations. They were able to handle my 800+ orders during this past holiday rush season with ease. I did not have any delays with product turnaround and the majority of my customers loved their ordered item.

Also, their customer service reps are very helpful and they were able to solve any issues that came up.

I do think their user interface is a bit dated so I hope they can update it soon.

I have been using gooten now for 5+ years so I've watched them grow. I really enjoy using their system, and being able to frontload the work and get products uploaded ahead of time makes daily orders a breeze. I highly recommend trying them out!

I have been using the Gooten app for almost 2 years now and really love it. There products are extremely high quality, the design features are very easy to use, it is a simpler platform than some and they have managed to get their shipping prices down so they are very competive even for platforms where you might have free shipping. I frequently compare the prices and product offerings to some of the other competitors to Gooten and it always wins...I highly recommend this app with your Shopify store.

I have been using Gooten for almost three years now and recommend them to everyone interested in POD services. I've thoroughly tested several other services, and while there are definitely pros and cons, Gooten comes out victorious. I originally joined Gooten just for their great canvas options but quickly switched my entire store (8000+ products on 8 different product types) to Gooten. There was a bit of hurdle moving everything over to Gooten, but this is the case for any big switch.

What separates Gooten from the rest beside their huge product catalog is their support. Not just their excellent customer support, but their Partner support. If your store has an obstacle, even if it's unique to you, their partner support team will work extremely hard to find a solution.

This is definitely the best Print on Demand service for Shopify!

I have been using Gooten for a few years now, and it really helped tremendously in growing my online business. There are some kinks along the way, but they always try their best to resolve it. The prices are competitive and I highly recommend giving them a try!

I really love the Gooten App. It's helped me launch products that I wouldn't have otherwise been able to sell. The installation process is a breeze and the API connection makes everything so simple for me. When a customer buys a product from my Shopify store that is linked through Gooten, I do not have to touch anything, Gooten does it all. Their support has also been super helpful, whenever I have a question they answer immediately, even on weekends. I am looking forward to adding more Gooten products to my Shopify Store!

I often need specialty phone models and gooten is the only manufacturer that carries them. Luckily they are also very easy to work with and the customer service is great and personal.

Note: I've only printed stickers from Gooten. I do not use the drop shipping features. The vinyl stickers are great--the quality feels sturdy. There have been incidences where the images have come out a bit grainy, however their email team responds immediately with a solution. Great customer service.
