Gooten: Print on Demand

So far my experience has be great. Easy to use plenty of merch to choose from. I am grateful to have stumbled upon them.

Very impressed with the UX and service thus far (4 week in) - its so much quicker than a few other POD I work with - not perfect yet but very good enough to recommend - clear UI and thoughtful product journey which is a relief. The 3rd party integrations are fantastic (etsy etc).

I've used a number of print-on-demand apps through Shopify over the years and Gooten has consistently been the least headaches both with easy integration, great quality products, and fast shipping. I've only rarely had limitations or issues. Most recently I implemented an entire first-time store for my job, and chose to use almost soley Gooten because it has been consistently 5 stars over the years. Easy set up. Quick shipping. High Quality. You can't ask for better than that.

I inadvertently found Gooten while looking for one particular POD product and so far have been very impressed with their catalog and their support. I had a question early on which they responded to right away with very helpful information.

Nice integration with our store. The products we've sampled so far are very good quality.

When push came to shove, Gooten exceeded my expectations. They were able to handle my 800+ orders during this past holiday rush season with ease. I did not have any delays with product turnaround and the majority of my customers loved their ordered item.

Also, their customer service reps are very helpful and they were able to solve any issues that came up.

I do think their user interface is a bit dated so I hope they can update it soon.

My absolute favorite of all of the fulfillment companies. The prices and products are fantastic. The app isn't all that complicated for the products I use them to fulfill (pillows, blankets, totes, etc...)

TOP NOTCH communication from these folks. They have responded VERY QUICKLY to all questions I have had and they go above and beyond to make things work for you. I recommend Gooten. If you find the interface difficult - it's like everything else - you have to learn how to use it. Start with a single product type and then reach out and ask them questions if you can't figure it out. But, definitely give them a real try before moving on because I don't think you'll find a better fulfillment service. They have shipped every order within the given estimated time frame and have even shipped some of them out in less than the predicted time. I'm very pleased with this service.

The only negative - and I do mean ONLY - for me has been figuring out how to charge shipping. It was very difficult to set up something that would work since the shipping charges vary by product and by area of the country you are shipping to. But if you can get past that hurdle - this is the service I'd highly recommend.

They're really only getting better. Love the prices, customer service and quality. My favourite print on demand company, hands down!

Gooten's system is really good. Support is fast and responsive. They have a ton of options so you can find anything you need.
