We had some hiccups at first, with codes not being accepted but once that got straightened out it's been smooth sailing. Looking forward to see what comes of the promotion we will run with them in October.
GovX is great and it is a great way to offer something to active duty, Guard/Reserve, and Veterans. It simplifies things when customers ask if we offer military discounts as well. Discounts are trackable and we are able to see the increase in revenue. Would 100% recommend.

We love being able to offer a discount to military, first responders, and teachers, and how easy GovX makes this. We've also had a great experience with GovX support. The only drawback we've encountered is that we use short code in our product descriptions to control the display of our Shopify product pages, and that gets pulled into the GovX product pages in their market place. This is an "us" problem for sure, but want to share in case anyone else would encounter this relatively minor issue.
Setup is easy. Support is great when I have a question. The discount has been used a few times already this week and just set up the storefront, so we will see how that goes. Thanks!
