Great App! I tried many other apps before this one and none were even close to the functionality provided. We ran into a problem with Shopify V2.0 and the module but Tech Support worked hard to fix it and got it done. Thanks for the effort!

AMAZING! I was very leery of all the good ratings at first because it seemed too good to be true and often with such good ratings I end up being disappointed. I can also be particular ...only because I am really picky about wanting things to look good and work seamlessly on my website. I am using them for Reviews, Wishlist, Questions, Rewards....I just launched today (not a new website but a new redesign) so I can't really say yet how it's all working yet as there hasn't been enough time - but in terms of how it was to get it all set up they were incredible to work with. I was working primarily with Azem and she was seriously awesome; could not have asked for someone more kind and helpful and efficient. Am very grateful to her for helping me with all my requests to get it set up the exact way I wanted (I did want quite a few custom edits).....their prices are very reasonable as well and I wish I had switched from the other app I had years ago. Thank you so much Azem!
Unbelievable costumer service. Very helpful. Very hands-on. Much more than I could have anticipated. With very little work on my part the app is now fully integrated. Thank you Growave Team!
A couple of issues came up, but it was a user error. I had updated my Shopify pages for SEO and accidentally deleted the coding that makes Wishlist, Refer a friend, and Loyalty program Landing Pages appear on my site. It took three days for them to figure out how I wanted it reinstalled, due to the language barrier I believe, but it looks great now. Thank goodness for 24/7 help.

We do admit that in total it took 3 days to solve the issue. Growave Team always wants to take care of each and every detail which can bring additional questions coming up further. Additionally, attentiveness and providing a good experience to every client is a top priority for us, therefore, we spend extra time on every request we are receiving. Moreover, we try to investigate thoroughly while resolving the merchant's queries which again can lead to taking some extra time. I really hope for your understanding on this matter 😊!

Great app, it's easy to use and the support is excellent and very helpful
Absolutely love them. Costumer support is fast and above. Reach to them with no fear as they'll do there best to help & fix the issue. I have them on my first store and now my second store. Best of luck to everyone out there and I know you will probably get upset at first is hard but Don't give up and push foward. I'm not quitting so why should you. Have that mind set of looking at good in anything bad. Store didn't launch on expected time good we got more time to add product. Didnt get sales good you can get more experience and improve. Got tap out good is better to tap and learn in training then in the real thing. Get that mindset and look for the good and everything.
