I just started my 30 days trial. As I am looking for an app that have product review, Instagram and royalty program, I of course have to give Growave a try. So far I have slowly been trying out the different functions and Azem and her team have been absolutely amazing to help me with each single details and problems I have meet! As I want to keep my website as user-friendly as possible, Azem have helped me customised so it fits my ideas which is exactly what good service is about. Are these a bunch of fake reviews or has something really changed with Growave that has caused it to be broken? We've tried installing growave for our site DeliciousDoor, and have had a series of 20+ emails with their support team because there have been at least 10 MAJOR bugs in their tool that prevent refer-a-friend from working, coupons not being created correctly, Q&A not working correctly. I'm shocked that there are so many positive reviews on here! Super frustrating at this point as we've had bug requests in for ~2 weeks that are still open. Do yourself a favor and find an alternate app that works!

We use this app to help us with reviews, instagram feed, social login and wishlist. It makes so much sense to have one app cover all the bases! So far it all works well. Any issues are dealt with promptly by the support team who are excellent, fast and responsive.

This app is awesome in its features alone, but what makes it the perfect choice is the stellar customer support I have received in the first couple of weeks of using it. I hope they can keep up this kind of customer service because they are doing a fantastic job. We had many requests and we talked via chat with them almost daily in the first two weeks but Alex, Tina and their colleagues were always there for us and helped us greatly. I can only recommend it and hope to be successfully using this app and their support for a long time to come! Thank you!
