THIS APP HAS AMAZING SUPPORT!! They have been extremely helpful with answering all my questions and even editing some widgets in my shop's theme. They'll always send photos of the changes too to ask if I'm happy with it or if I need any adjustments. It's also just a great app overall with very helpful features for growing your business.

It's an ok app. I've had nothing but issues trying to set it up but the support team has been helpful in resolving issues (5 stars for Yzat!) If you have a POS store this is definitely not the app you want to use. Not having an option to have a variable discount for the POS sucks. I'm too far into it with this app that I'll keep it around for now.

Currently, the Growave app doesn't support a variable discount option in the POS system due to the limitations of the Shopify POS side. Unfortunately, they do not allow us to add this feature to their system.

Aside from the POS system issue, our app offers integral features such as the 'Wishlist' and 'Reviews,' which enhance user engagement and build trust. Additionally, our Rewards program, Social Login, and Instagram Gallery features aim to improve the shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.

I usually avoid giving the feedbacks to support, but this time I was very impressed. They were helpful, fast and what amazed me the most - they brought a wow effect by helping me with something that I didn't expect from them. Plus the Growave app is very nice, easy to use and has useful functionalities. I recommend them for sure!

Growave has been very accommodating with request and agile communications. I was able to rely on them in updating and fixing issues that is impacting user experience. I am currently exploring more of what is has to offer.

The "buy now button" on my store's product page was not loading properly. Upon investigating I was able to identify custom code changes in the product-template.liquid file as the cause for this behaviour. There is some residual code from the app [Growave: Loyalty and Wishlist] which interferes wuth the product-form - so the buttons. This app's developers have no responsibility and leave bugs in theme that interfere with other buttons. I don't think they did this on purpose, but it leaves room for improvement.

Best app for what we need. Being able to have wishlist, loyalty and reviews in one is a win. Support is SO responsive, often able to fulfil any request I've had and gets back to me so so promptly. Highly rate how great this app is for the cost compared to competitors.

Had to come back and say these guys are absolutely amazing, I had 3 support requests over 2 days prior to launching my store. They were patient, helpful and quick. Every time i contacted them, help was minutes away. If you are looking for a world class support team that got your back you when things don't go your way, this is the team you need.
