英語ができない日本人ですが問題なく使えます
管理画面のUIもシンプルで言語も日本語が選択できるので、基本的な設定はスムーズにできました。ヘルプページも機能ごとによくまとまっているので参考になります。
とは言え、ところどころ設定でつまづいた部分やストアの表示についてカスタマイズ要望があったので、メールでサポートに問い合わせました。サポートは日本語対応していませんが、翻訳ツールを使って快適にコミュニケーションが取れます（私は英語は全く使えません）。返信も半日以内で来ますし権限を付与して直接ストアのコード編集までしてくれます。
良心的な価格でここまで親切にサポートしてくれることにとても驚いてます。
ストアをオープンしたばかりなので現在はお気に入り機能とレビュー機能のみの利用ですが、ストアの成長に合わせて他の機能もぜひ活用したいです。

I used this app to add a wishlist, reviews and social login which is still great even on the free version. The team installed it so quickly and answered my queries asap, they even updated the styling outside of their working hours. It's been one of the best apps I've added to our store so far and the customer service has been impeccable!
