Considering this is a free app it is ace. Very simple to use, auto formats with my theme and had a great looking FAQ page published in an hour so. Superb. www.burycomputers.com
The only reason I give it 4 starts instead of 5 is because there is no way to change the url apps/help-center to apps/faq
It's good but it would be even better if it showed up in your stores built in search results. Unless customers go to this page directly, they won't be able to find anything.

For the most part, the UX is good. On the back-end, if you accidentally delete anything, it's gone forever. You should be able to save and test out changes before anything permanent happens. I have also noticed that FAQ pages are not indexed by google. We have lots of rich, indexable content in our FAQs so this is actually a big deal for us. I reached out and asked when this would be fixed and was told that they plan to offer a premium version in the future that is more compatible with search engines but did not provide an ETA.
Easy to instal, easy to use. Made it all easy to engage customers. Would be nice to include the standard FAQs that could be edited.
