Easy to use, clean layout. Happy with this app. Does what it says and its free. Makes it easy for customers to find info.
Good app - easy to use. Only downside is, I wish there were more options to customize the layout, font size & type, colours etc etc.
Its great because it if free. I need something like this for my web site but didnt know how to use code to do this. Its easy to set up. It wasnt clear how to set up the questions and answers because it is confusing how it asks for new category and then new section and then a new article and the requires a title AND and more text (required to enter text under the title). I felt that it would have been nice to just use category for "shipping questions" and new section for the actual questions, then "new article" with the answer, but you are forced to make a category for each set of questions. Maybe its me but thats kind of confusing. Either way, its perfect for my needs and its FREE!!!
I really don't get this app. It calls itself a help center but for the life of me I could not get it installed and there was no help. The shopify menu instructions are either very poorly written or out of date. And there is no help!!
We'd more that happy to get a problem solved. Our support team is always here and ready to assist but here has been an issue in support request delivery. We were not aware of the HelpCenter installation problem in a shop Nigel Greene Electrical.

It expanded across the entire screen and the font was way to big for our site. Did not work with the theme.
DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! They deleted my data and are refusing to restore it. I spent days putting it together. DO NOT INSTALL!!!!! Your "notifications" all ended up in our SPAM folder. You deleted hundreds of FAQ entries from our website without authorization. When we asked for a backup, you said it was TOUGH LUCK; we should have saved it when we had a chance. Your response to this review is a total lie and fabricating because we asked you for the FAQ's you deleted, and you said you couldn't send them to us. BUYER BEWARE! Stay FAR AWAY from this app. There are MANY other options from reputable app developers.

This app definitely deserves a 5-star review!. The app was very easy to install. We had a slight problem changing a font and when we contacted support this was immediately resolved. The app's customer support team goes "above and beyond" to help. Really like the app and we highly recommend it.
Super easy to use, straight to the point, and looks great! A must have for any store.

Lovely and simple experience.
The team and this application function very very well,not anything to say bad of this app.
I just installed the app today and had a little issue with getting the contact form on my store. Even though I was on the free plan I had live customer support immediately and my issue was resolved very easily. I was considering using the paid plan for FAQ when my store launches and added the contact form on a whim. The support I received today has ensured that I will be making this my app of choice for FAQ. Thank you Kate for your excellent support.

I appreciate that there is a free option. I can use this app the free way and when I start making more money there will be a bigger margin for apps and possible purchase a plan. The value of that is significant for me!

I used this app on two of my stores until they decided to charge obscene amounts of money for simple functionalities that a lot of other apps provide for free or very little $$. New structure is 100% not worth the money, as the app does nothing special that a hundred others don't do.
edit based on their reply... my complaint is not that you didn't tell me it was happening... my complaint is that your pricing structure is asinine.

I was wondering why my customers were leaving my store. Just by chance I opened up FAQ's and discovered most of them had been blocked by this company! Extremely hurt and damaged due to their actions. Now my store looks FAKE and SHODDY. What this company did was Disrespectful and Embarrassing. I was never alerted about their decision to change their original Plan options. Do not trust this company as they are very Hurtful.

Also we've suggested our customers to switch to the paid HelpCenter plans with great discounts if they're planning to have more than 5 active articles in future.

In principle, the software looks great and provides alot of features, however thats if it works... which it does not.
I trialed this for the reason of being able to respond via my mobile when i am not at my desk, and also to notify me. The mobile app does alert you,but then fails to work. any responses sent via mobile dont work. The user never gets to see the responses (this didnt work via tablet either). I also tried entering the name and email of people who had ordered, but the desktop version nor mobile failed to correlate the previous order, so that was the other reason i tried it.
To top it all, when trying to correspond with the support people using their chat, that chat doesnt work all the time either - you have to constantly refresh to avoid missing chat from support - and it seems they have used the same code in the app.
In summary, the software looks great, if it works - However it looks like they released this much sooner than they should have, and using the customers as test subjects to debug their code.
I would avoid this for now, maybe come back in 6 months time to see if it has improved

App works perfectly and you get all you need to get started on the free plan. I was considering changing to the paid plan, started the trial and send 2 different, simple, inquires to customer support, one regarding the tabs and one regarding my technical inability to make use of the black friday offer. 2 weeks passed and I have yet to receive an answer to any of my emails or reminders.
Their customer service used to be better in the past,.so sad. Needless to say, I left the trial and I m back on the free plan.
