Cant format text. I even tried formatting in word and pasting in the app but it changes the format. I had blue titles on one page, different size fonts, different colors, different types of font. this app is horrible! I wasted so much time and I gave up
A really neat app, but the "Contact" button doesn't work and freezes the entire page. In turn, the support team is absolutely useless. Keep getting a "it is a free app and our developers are focused on paid apps" reply. Shame..
Just started using it but so far so good. Easy to use and makes a nice clean design that match style elements. At this point, highly recommended! Thanks!

I like the app because it gives you the oportunity to look professional in your ecommerce. It is simple to use.

This is really fantastic app. My FAQs page now looks so cool.
I'm rarely compelled to write reviews but I just had to say how brilliant this app is! The drag-and-drop interface is super easy and intuitive and the result was perfect and great-looking. I'm a graphic designer and am picky about how things look but this app needed no tweaking at all. It even "magically" used my theme so the colours and fonts matched without me having to do anything. I was delighted to learn I could use jump-to links so I'll be able to easily direct customers to specific Q&As.
My only (minor) recommendations would be:
- Being able to use links to the parent category (e.g. shipping) as well as a specific question.
- I'm in Australia so would prefer to have the option to change the heading to Help Centre (not the US 'Center').
- The bullet points aren't working.

J'ai contacté le service client pour un soucis d'affichage. Ils étaient très réactifs et à l'écoute. Bien que la communication par mail était assez longue (ne recevant pas de notification à chaque mail reçu), le problème a quand même été rapidement traité et réglé dans la journée même. Merci encore !
