With a good 'Help Center' most customer concerns can be handled even before they reach you personally.
The HelpCenter app lets you set up a fully customizable set of Questions and Answers, which can be added to your Shopify store, for example as an FAQ page.
I find the HelpCenter App very easy to understand and to use, so I can recommend it to every Shopify user.
I notice that a reviewer reported that the HelpCenter app Contact Button didn't work. I just tested mine and it sent me an instant email with no problems.
