Customer service is great. I had a trouble to setup something on my website but Fabio helped me and stayed with me long time to solve it. I recommend this app.

The CS team provided timely and politely customer service even though problem is not resolved re: some restriction posted by Shopify. I would still recommend this apps and hopefully what I invested (I paid for annual plan) would cover those transaction fees that the business would have to pay without the help of this apps.

I am working with Klarna as one of my payment providers, but Klarna does not allow customers to pay gift cards using their service. This app does exactly what I need, in hiding the option for gift cards so it does not breach my contract. Very worth the small monthly fee. It also has many more options that could be used for many purposes to give you even greater control of your website and business. I needed some help to set up one of my rules, and Andrea was so quick and effective at helping me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this app for anyone.

The app does the job, as long as you are not using a plug in which creates draft orders. Andrea was very helpful and responded with almost no delay
