Very bad, your application has added a line of code that causes several home pages to open each time my website is loaded. This experience is very annoying for my visitors and detracts from the quality of my site.

Hi, our application only adds the Hotjar script via Shopify Script Tags. Any page modifications come from your Hotjar settings. Please make sure you access your Hotjar account to manage what experiences you have enabled.

Does not work, contacted the support, and nothing.
Already installed the app 2 times, and everytime you open it, it says Error 400 Oauth error invalid_request: The redirect_uri is missing

Hello, like most Shopify applications you must remove our application from your Shopify store to cancel usage. This can be found in your Shopify Admin under Settings -> Apps. As we also emailed you; since our application is still installed and in use on your store, the approved $0.99 per month charge is being applied. Removing our application will end this charge.

its a decent app and cool idea its very incomplete on data and would go a long way if the data was more specific or had better detail cool concept

It's a really good app. Helped me fix a couple of dire issues which prevented my viewers from finishing a purchase. Plus, it helps me understand the user experience of my key pages. My only issue, which is probably not a huge one to others but which I have yet to find a way around in the case of my site, is that the software slows the page load speed of my site. Otherwise, it's a really awesome app that I would recommend over and over.

I love this app already it has nice feature designs that allows my customers to rate my store according to its performance. I gave it a 4 out of 5 because i had just installed it to see if it will be of more good.

i had the original app last year when i first launched then deleted it as it started charging me . re-downloaded this year but its not giving me access to recordings via shopify. where is the app?
