I highly recommend this app to fellow store owners. It took me no time at all to set up Hotjar, and now I have access to invaluable insights into customer behavior. The app ensures I never lose tracking of Hotjar so I can always be able to understand visitor behavior on my site.
I am in love with this app! Best investment you will ever make for your small or medium business(maybe large too) Mine is small and it really helps me to understand the behaviors of my customers. Customer service is TOP! I had a bug and they fixed it in a day!

You are correct that we are not directly affiliated with Hotjar and Hotjar does NOT have an official Shopify app. They partner with apps like ours to provide Shopify integration service. This is why we clearly state "We are not affiliated with Hotjar itself and have no ability to manage your account with Hotjar Ltd." in our our Shopify app description.

This app is a game changer. Seeing what the customer sees and how they react to the store gives you so much feedback on what you should do in order to increase the conversion rate. Really appreciate this app!
Works perfectly. Very easy to setup. Definetively, Hotjar's the best tool for session recordings and heatmaps :)
Allowed us to install Hotjar without getting charged an hour by our developer and is great to see association of Hotjar recordings to real Shopify users vs. typical anonymous IDs. Very helpful for customer service and UX planning.
I love this app. If you want to have customer insights then use Hotjar.

I use this app to review the visitor recordings. Getting insight on how your customers navigate your site is imperative. It also provides visibility to errors on your pages that your customers are experiencing.
