vielen Dank für euer Feedback, und es tut uns wirklich leid, dass ihr durch die Verzögerungen bei der Feed-Erstellung finanziell betroffen wart – das nehmen wir sehr ernst.
Wie wir euch auch per Mail direkt mitgeteilt haben: Die Ursache war ein temporärer Engpass in der Serverleistung, der zu Verzögerungen bei der Generierung der Feeds geführt hat. Wir haben die Serverkapazität kurzfristig hochgefahren, um das zu beheben, und konnten innerhalb von 5 Stunden Euch entsprechend mitteilen, dass alles wieder ordnungsgemäß läuft.
Zwischenzeitlich haben wir technisch dafür gesorgt, dass diese Art von Ausfällen minimiert wird.

Esperienza negativa. Il problema principale è che gli sconti non vengono riportati correttamente nel feed: una funzione base che dovrebbe semplicemente funzionare. Ho contattato il supporto più volte via email, ma dopo diversi scambi non ho ricevuto nessuna spiegazione concreta né una soluzione. Il punto è che non paghi solo i click: c'è anche un abbonamento mensile per un'app che non svolge ciò per cui paghi. Non la consiglio finché non sistemano sia il problema tecnico sia l'assistenza.

grazie mille per il vostro feedback! Oltre allo scambio di email già avvenuto, vogliamo darvi un feedback anche qui. Ci scusiamo se non siete stati soddisfatti dell'app.
Il problema non riguarda uno sconto "classico", ma il fatto che il vostro negozio utilizza i Cataloghi di Shopify Markets per applicare uno sconto percentuale sui prezzi per un determinato mercato. Attualmente la nostra app trasmette nel feed il prezzo base della variante e non legge ancora il prezzo del catalogo – si tratta quindi di un limite attuale dell'app, non di un bug isolato.
Come soluzione temporanea, vi avevamo proposto di salvare il prezzo scontato in un metafield del prodotto e di mappare questo metafield sul campo "price" del feed – così il feed utilizzerebbe sempre il valore aggiornato invece del prezzo base.
Ci farebbe piacere se deste ancora una possibilità all'app!

Preiserhöhung von 10$ auf 24$ bzw 20€ durch neues Preismodell. Wir bekamen eine Mail das nun auf ein Euro Modell umgestellt wird. Die Überraschung war dass aber das Starter Paket (alter Preis) bei unserem Shop nicht mehr funktioniert da wir die Varianten überschritten haben. Wir müssten nun also 20€ im Monat bezahlen statt bisher 10$. Diese Preiserhöhung ist schlichtweg dreist. Das alte Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war schon problematisch.

Wie wir Euch damals bereits per Mail mitgeteilt haben, verstehen wir den Unmut sehr gut.
Es tut uns leid, dass wir nicht ausreichend erklärt haben, dass ein Wechsel zu keiner Zeit verpflichtend war.
Mit einer Preisstaffelung möchten wir sicherstellen, dass für jede Shopgröße das passende Paket vorhanden ist.
In eurem Fall verstehe ich auch, dass unsere Staffelung nicht zu eurem Set-up passt und der preisliche Sprung entsprechend hoch wirkt.
Unser Angebot aus März gilt weiterhin und wir würden uns freuen, wenn Ihr unserer App noch eine Chance gebt.
