I've been using this app for a long time and its been a game changer, I've recently moved into a new theme and was having trouble integrating the app with my new theme. I contacted support and within 3 minutes I received a reply from Jevon one of the tech support agents, he was able to manually install the app for me to where its perfectly integrated.
