So far my review is 5 stars. Excellent customer service - had an hour long, individual tutorial with one of the customer support people yesterday. They also managed to get my listings limit raised substantially with eBay! It's early days - but everything good so far! thanks very much inkFrog!

This app is super easy to setup and use. I had a few items listed and syncing with eBay within minutes of installing! They have some excellent video guides to clarify and explain various aspects of the application. This was all I needed as everything is so intuitive and easy to do. Now the app is reliably syncing any changes on Shopify back to eBAY and pulling my eBay orders into the Shopify admin panel - it just works!

I use this daily to feed multiple ebay accounts. Saves so much time and its very flexible. Easily pays for itself every month. Been using this app for 2 years.

If you are looking for a way to cross sell your products this is the app for you. They have done 95% of the work for you. This app is so seamless you will wonder why if took you so long to get it. I have had the app 2 weeks and already sold 4 items. It make my small store look like a large one.

The team is very easy to work with. Customisations take many iterations - change the font, hange the placement, change the size etc etc and it is not always possible to foresee all the customisation at once before briefing the app team. So although I felt I was being demanding in asking for more & more, the support team delivered it all gladly. So now I am a satisfied client! Recommended!

I have been using Inkfrog for about 6 months posting products to Ebay. I was thrilled when I saw that they integrated with Shopify. It's the easiest most efficient listing tool I have ever used. It takes a ton of work off your plate trying to navigate through Ebay's less than user friendly listing tool. A MUST if you sell or are thinking of selling on Ebay!

Wow - I've been dreading adding sale products to Ebay but know its something I had to do, just finding the time to do it was the issue. This app saves so much time - just import your Shopify products and it will upload them to Ebay. Now I just have to hope they sell! Only negative - you can only add 10 products as a new Ebay store at first

I opted for inkFrog so that I could link my Shopify to Ebay and prevent over and under selling. First impressions were that it is rather complicated and even though I looked and fiddled about with the trial I couldnt really get my head around it. At this point as I had over 500 existing Ebay listings to link to my store , I booked a one to one meeting and subscribed to the unlimited account and finally started to get my head around it.
I have been working hard to understand how the system operates and consider how the settings function. I neednt have worried though as I have used support from the inkFrog team a few times now and after following their instructions have been able to get my ebay listings all linked up and can now get on with creating new listings from Shopify to Ebay using inkFrog.
The support has been very prompt taking about 15 minutes for a response and any issues have been sorted immediately.
It is a complex tool but seems able to do pretty much anything you need it to. I need to keep stock levels across 3 outlets synchronised and its great for that.
In summary if you take your time to master it and dont be shy of asking for help from support it will prove to be a great tool for both listing and linking products. Five stars from me.
