Excellent customer service. I had a small issue with posts updating to the website and it was resolved almost immediately once I'd contacted customer services!
The app works great, but more important, the team fixed a glitch overnight and didn't make me go thru a lot of pain and reading pages of DIYs. Thanks!

I do not appreciate that I had erroneous charges on my account that if i hadn't have seen, they would have been happy to keep. Are you doing this to other customers?

I have to edit my original post. The app was easy to download, however, it never worked properly. I spoke to their team and the IG feed is supposed to update randomly two times a day, but that never worked for me. I had to contact them each time for them to make it work. I posted twice yesterday on IG and still today, a new day, they don't even show up. Then, the highlights section, if you post a highlight on IG, you have to manually go into this app on shopify and delete and re-download your highlights for it to show up. It's not a seamless process. Also - one of my highlights deleted and went missing. I'm really bummed about this. Support was good, they got back to me via email each time, however the app does need some work. Unfortunately I will be looking for a new IG app.
