would appreciate it if there was more language support as some of us need to change buttons, themes and a lot of words in local languages other than English
Solves my problem! Helps our customers and not enabling laziness. I love the fact the app allows the ability to still reach direct out to us for those unique issues.
Just tested it. By far the best free FAQs I found. Cant believe this is free. Love how easy to use and customizable it is.
I think it will help my customers to understand more about my website. By Adding categorized information, it will help remove the un-certainties and funnel any questions directly to customer service
