great app and will help a lot in my store, i want my customers to trust me and my store and having an instant chat help will do that

Great app. Very easy to use and customers are loving it. Would give 5 stars if there was the option to remove the roar theme branding. Would definitely have paid extra for a paid version offering this.

Easy to use for both us and our customers. It's doing the job on reducing messages for us to individually respond to and thus providing timely info/answers for customers.

The app its self looks ok! But I was writing FAQ's for all day and when I clicked enable its all gone and asked me to log in to my store! I am soooooo angry All day work just gone!!!

Sehr schlecht, da die App die deutsche Rechtschreibung leider nicht akzeptiert und diese komplett zerschießt. so wird z.B. aus "können" immer "kann". Wodruch der Kasus nicht mehr passt!
