Ok, I don't know how they did it, but this company created the perfect search engine. It even does smart product recommendations! To give you a bit of background as to why I'm so impressed, my store has over 3k SKUs. This app allows my customers to sift through products in mere seconds and find what they're looking for. Am I impressed? That's the least I could say about this company. Keep on the good work and I seriously hope these guys come out with other apps, because they're honestly incredible at what they do. Thanks again!
This app, the support, the functionality of the search process, is something that no store can do without. I have not had one issue with their app, but I did have questions, so I could learn more on best methods. Their support is FAST and professional, which is hard to find these days. Would I recommend? You betcha!
Useful app due the fact that on most of the shopify themes there's not a search bar by default, is not cheap, but worst the price.

The search does great. What made a big difference for our site are the synonyms. Our shopify store sells handcratfed glass dinnerware and our customers have more than one way to say plate, platter, charger...
So far so good. We are new to Instant Search+ but I can definitively say it blows shopify's native search, and our first app solution, completely out of the water. The best feature by far is automatic correction of typos and spelling errors - probably not quite as robust as Google's, but it's the same idea and is very, very useful. I also found the "AutoComplete" search suggestions to be faster and more functional than our previous app solution. It integrates well, and the tech support is superb. A really great value.
This app is amazing for marketing and getting your products in front of customers!
