Does what it suppose to. Although it might appear tricky to set up, the tech support is very helpful so not really an issue.

Really robust shipping tool that helped us create tiered shipping rules across various shipping zones. I was able to easily book and one-on-one customer service call to troubleshoot a minor issue. Would definitely recommend!

I had an issue with my shipping rates when some of the orders were made.
I had setup up several conference calls with Intuitive Shipping Tech Support (Paul) and he was very patient and very helpful with my needs to resolve the issues. Paul is one of the best customer support I have ever had. Also, Intuitive Shipping made it possible for my store to offer a combined shipping rates that Shopify Profile could not provide at this time.

The app is great - handles all our complex shipping needs. The customer service is incredible, both by email and by meeting. Michael has been helping me figure out various issues with the complex shipping rules that we've set up on multiple occassions. Would recommend to everyone

Our delivery cost calculation is really complex and we have been a long time looking for a proper tool for it.
Intuitive Shipping has been great! The FAQs and the support excellent.
We recommend it a lot.

Shipping is complicated for stores with lots of products, lots of packaging and global shipping. Intuitive helps make sure that what your customers are paying for shipping lines up with the actual costs your store pays to ship their packages. The setup is involved and took us a while to setup, but the support from Intuitive has been absolutely first rate. They helped us get it up and running and to help us sort out any issues along the way. Truly, the support could not have been better.

This is a fantastic app. If you are looking to do any kind of shipping in Shopify with different vendors this is the app you need. You have a lot of control over how the shipping app works. The company is excellent to work with. You will not be disappointed.

We have been using Intuitive Shipping for over a year on five of our websites, and we absolutely love it. The app does what we need it to do (which is really quite complicated & the native Shopify app couldn't even come close), the customer service & training are top notch, and we really love being able to trouble shoot any order issues by using the Activities tracker.

My company just launched a new version of our ecommerce site on Shopify and Intuitive Shipping is one of the apps we chose. The support has been stellar and the app works really well allowing us to set up our own unique shipping rules. We are also using ship station and it works beautifully for pulling in live rates to the site. Love this app!
