If the answer is yes, you MUST go for Invoice Falcon, by far the best thing that ever happen to me since I started my brand.
You'll find in Invoice Falcon all the B2B features Shopify is not giving you. The free APP from Shopify called Order printer... You don't even want to
mess with this. It's weak, ugly, not effective.
In Shopify APP store, you'll never find another APP that flexible, all the options you'll need at such decent price.
With Shopify alone...
1- Try to print an order to go pack it in advance. IMPOSSIBLE... Shopify won't give you this option.
2- Your clients are sending you back next season's booking order? You can always do a draft order in Shopify but how can you send it back to your clients for confirmation? IMPOSSIBLE... Shopify won't give you this option.
3- You want your invoice to be fully bilingual maybe? IMPOSSIBLE... Shopify won't give you this option.
4- You want both Invoice and packing list to share 100% same nice and clean format? IMPOSSIBLE... Shopify won't give you this option.
5- You want your clients to get an automatic email when it's time for them to pay their invoices? IMPOSSIBLE... Shopify won't give you this option.
6- You want your client's buyer and accounting as well as your sales agent to get the invoice emailed to them at the same time? IMPOSSIBLE... Shopify won't give you this option.
ETC.
Invoice Falcon will fix all this for you. ALL THIS! Trust me.
Go for it.... Don't hesitate any longer.

This app helped me create the invoices i was looking for. The best part of this app is the customer service, super helpful & made everything user friendly
The application is awesome, I fully configured my Invoice template. Really easy to use. I highly recommend using it and you even got a free plan.
This app is simple and efficient, even with the free version. It's a great help to manage our orders.
The good thing is you can edit everything before printing in pdf. That's what I needed. Really Great customer team.

I must share my appalling experience with this app, which has made our reconciliation process completely impossible. It's frustrating beyond words. The app frequently hangs, causing significant delays and interruptions. Moreover, the invoicing process is a nightmare, constantly malfunctioning and adding to our woes. Considering the exorbitant monthly fee they charge, it's an absolute rip-off.
And the nightmare doesn't end there. Every single month, we're plagued with these issues. When we seek assistance, the support team's responses are utterly unhelpful. They either deny the existence of the problem or offer vague assurances that they're "working on it," which is incredibly frustrating.
But here's the shocking part – we've recently discovered that they're sharing our sensitive data with third-party developers without our consent. This flagrant breach of trust is unacceptable, and Shopify should take strict legal action against such unethical apps. Our data's security should be paramount.
Update on my Review as of March 09 2024 – A Word of Warning
I want to warn everyone using this app. Its data is highly inaccurate, which can lead to serious issues with calculating monthly sales and taxes. If you're relying on their CSV files for this, be extremely cautious. To make matters worse, their customer service is lethargic in addressing these critical issues – we've had to wait for weeks for resolutions.
P.S.: The problems persist without any resolution in sight, even after a significant amount of time has passed.
