We have been using iPacky for almost 2 years now, and it's been great. It has allowed us to move all our fulfillment to a third party distribution center. The warehouse employees find it very intuitive and easy to use, and mistakes are rare. The developer is also extremely responsive to support requests and/or feedback - for example, he helped us configure both virtual SKUs and barcoding aliases to fit our use case.

I installed the app to evaluate it with the understanding that it was free below 50 orders. Don't leave it installed as if you go over 50 orders in a month, including POS orders, it will upgrade you to $19.99/mo without warning.

The developer was unsympathetic and refused to refund even though we never used the app. I have not had this experience with other Shopify apps but I am now uninstalling any app I am not using.

Hi. We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. You had the app installed for almost a year, and then you wanted full refund of the whole period. Even though you did not have any issues with the app or functionality. The pricing documentation is very clear on this matter. That it's based on the total shop orders, but the usage billing is charged for only the orders that you check in iPacky (which you were never charged). The monthly subscription kicks in when the store has more than 50 orders/month, as your store had. The fact that you had the app installed but did not use it much cannot be blamed on us. And during the whole period you had the app installed, you did not check the Shopify billing.

This app has been tremendously helpful in assisting with our E-commerce grocery operations! The developers are very responsive and involved in providing solutions and fixes to accommodate a lot of our operation's unique needs.

The Virtual product feature has help us with managing and picking a lot of the unique grocery bundles we sell on our store.

The built in reports have also been super useful in monitoring and managing our outbound KPIs!

The interface is very intuitive so it's been extremely easy to train new staff on order picking.

10/10 money well spent! Would definitely recommend to any other operations needing some type of scanner picking tools!

We are having such an amazing experience using this app. Not only that this app supports our order fulfilment process and reducing errors significantly, but also, the support has been amazing! They have been responding promptly solving our questions and concerns which helped us taking the fulfillment process to a step further. We have tested a few other similar apps but found ipacky the easiest and flexible among all. So glad we found this tool! Would definitely recommend!

This app is immensely helpful in both pulling orders by bin location in our warehouse and in verifying orders as we pack and ship. They provide lots of documentation and are very responsive to questions I have emailed them. This is money well spent for us in the savings we have in preventing errors in shipments (through the app we can barcode scan items for verification) and in the time savings in pulling orders by a bin location.

iPacky has made our warehouse so much more organized and has made pulling and packing orders efficient! The metafield bin locations and barcode scanning has made pulling orders much easier with less chance of human error. David did an onboarding call with us to help set everything up and gave us tons of great tips for how to use iPacky. The support is always very responsive and helpful with answering any questions we have. Highly recommend!
