I'm not totally inept at tech stuff, but the experience was not dummy proof. With that said I had a friend help me and the app works great. Love the options on the pop ups and the integration with mailchimp.

They were good for a while, but got very expensive and their customer service was very slow, nonrespondent at times, and disappointing. We found a different service that offers the same features we need and also does not ignore questions.

so far so good, ran it before and it wasn't optimizing too well on mobile, but recent bug fixes seem to have changed that.
