Herbert is a G for fixing my issues with him. Give that man a raise. I told him about my issue and he gave me a few things to try. When that didn't work he got with his team and they released a patch for the software which fixed my issue. Great customer support.
Very helpful app - I had a problem with the timing of the 1.reminder mail, and within 5 minutes after chatting with the support - it was adjusted to my needs! Thank you!!!
I highly recommend this app. I was looking for something that would automate the payment reminder process for customers, and this is great for that. Not only are the reminders in correspondence with original due dates, but you can also set how many days out from each you'd like the email to be sent.
They also offered two additional days for the free plan which was awesome!

Despite your frustration, Kindly did everything properly according to the documentation. If you cancel an order, the amount of the order is refunded. (Please check on our knowledge base in the live chat or documentation on the website.)
However, what we can offer you is to add an option to enable or disable refunding. Then you can cancel orders without refunding the money.
Additionally, according to our statistics in the database, we have seen that you were able to recover even larger sums of money than what you lost with the app in just a short period of time. This makes us happy for you and would be a total shame if this saved revenue would be missing in the future especially on long-term.

Their DNS panel could be improved to be more specific. The support has been helping me out to get the app functional and they've done a great job to get everything up.

This reminder app is just the right fit for me. I was looking for an automated reminding system which was able to send multiple reminders after one another to the same customer. Like first, second and third reminder… It does it’s job, easy setup and big time saver! Keep it up.
