Excellente application qui permet de relancer les clients qui ont oublié de payer. Et surtout d'annuler automatiquement la commande. Tout se passe en douceur. C'est simple et facile à configurer. Nous l'utilisons depuis 5 ans sans souci et cela permet de ne pas laisser des commandes dans l'oubli. Parfait !

We run multiple Shopify stores and take a lot of bank transfer and invoice orders, so chasing unpaid ones used to eat real time every week. Kindly handles that completely on autopilot now. You can build multi-step reminder schedules based on the due date, order receipt date, or invoice sent date, which means the timing actually matches how our payment terms work instead of forcing everything into one rigid flow. shopify
The flexibility is the standout. We set up separate reminder schedules per payment method and per order tag, so invoice customers and COD customers get treated differently. Unpaid orders auto-cancel after a set number of days, which frees up inventory without us touching anything, and the analytics dashboard shows recovered revenue, success rate, and deliverability so we can actually see what the app is bringing in. shopify + 2
Setup was quick, the email templates are easy to brand, and support has been responsive every time we had a question. If you deal with unpaid or draft orders, this pays for itself fast. Highly recommended.

Kindly funktioniert prima. Wir senden auch direkte Rechnungsinfos nach der Bestellung damit - und natürlich alle Zahlungserinnerungen. Im Moment überlegen wir, ob wir die Vorstufe zum Inkasso (also die letzte Mahnstufe) auch per SMS übermitteln sollten. Es gibt nämlich erstaunlich viele Kunden, die viele Kontaktdaten angeben und trotzdem nicht bezahlen. Kann Kindly ebenfalls, könnte auch noch Erfolge bringen. Des Weiteren: Wir nutzen Cleero und Kindly Hand in Hand und der Support ist großartig. Schnell, offen, neugierig auf Prozesse - um zielgerichtet entwickeln zu können. Habe ich so noch nie erlebt. Beeindruckende Qualität. Wir können Kindly nur empfehlen.

Great! We have used a few draft order apps before, but this has so far been the most robust and detailed and easy to use. Plus they have support on tap.
