Herbert is a G for fixing my issues with him. Give that man a raise. I told him about my issue and he gave me a few things to try. When that didn't work he got with his team and they released a patch for the software which fixed my issue. Great customer support.
Awesome app to automatically send invoices from Shopify POS app when marking orders as unpaid.
Excellent solution for companies that use draft baskets to send suggested orders to customers. Great customer support from Herbert.
Their DNS panel could be improved to be more specific. The support has been helping me out to get the app functional and they've done a great job to get everything up.

I've used this app only for a few days, but I can tell you it's paid for itself 30x already. This makes it easy to auto send past due reminders to encourage buyers to pay their invoice. The staff is great and fast at responding to questions, and helping set up the DNS settings. Like I said, this app is a no brainer if your business issues invoices.
