Have used this app for a couple of years now. I sometimes have issues with text not being translated but overall I'm very happy with the app.
On a couple of occasions I've reached out to customer service and have always received super fast and very helpful responses (5 stars for customer service!).

Eventhough there was a bug with the language switcher, the service was really reactive, responded in a few minutes and resolved the issue in less than an hour.
Except for this issue, Langify is a great tool that helps us lots.

I don't understand why it has so many positive reviews. This app does absolutely nothing to help with workload and adds more workload. Features are added, upgrades are done and your entire previous work is all of a sudden gone which one then has to redo. If I could, I would use another app and avoid this one as this is a whole bunch of manual work and then repeat again the manual work as they delete information that one previously uploaded. And then magically disappears. Oh, and it is never the app's fault if something doesn't work properly based on common sense but always the user's fault. Instead of fixing issues the customer service team is telling you workarounds. Seriously? If your customer service needs to provide a work-around there is a fault and not a user error.

This APP has made it possible for us to move our Germany-based fashion brand's online store to SHOPIFY. All product descriptions, pages and even more importantly the checkout process could easily be translated. Front page text can be translated by using the "custom translations" feature that makes it possible to virtually translate every word that appears on your website. Using this app is self-explanatory. For some little tweaks we couldn't figure out ourselves, we reached out to the developer, Johannes, and his team. We received very qualified and helpful assistance. During their office hours their replies came immediately. Almost like a helpline / chat. On top of that Johannes was kind enough to sort out some other issues for us where a third-party-app was causing a conflict within our theme. This is a rare and very valuable form of support!

Terrible customer support. The translations of our main market are down for 3 weeks due to a technical issue on Langify side. The customer service takes too long to respond to a critical topic that was even caused by an update on their side. We are losing business and they don't seem to even care about answering back after reporting the issue 4 times.
