Die App funktioniert sehr gut. Hier und da gibt es ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die nicht 100% intuitiv sind, was zum Teil aber auch an Lexoffice selbst liegt, aber der Support liefert dann meistens sehr schnell eine Lösung,

Fragen werden super beantwortet und wenn man mal nicht der richtigen Stelle ist oder etwas nicht abschließend geklärt werden kann, erhält man tollen Support in Form von Infos über die richtige Anlaufstelle. Man wird hier nicht alleine gelassen.

Diese App macht wirklich was sie soll. Ich benutze sie nun seit ca. 3 Monaten und hatte kein Problem. Der Support ist unfassbar schnell und effizient. Übertragung etc. funktioniert alles problemlos. A must for German businesses. Massively helped me simplify my bookkeeping. It's very customizable, yet simple to use. Support is super responsive and helpful.
However, when setting English as the invoice language, only invoices are created in English. Invoice corrections (refunds) however are created in German. That's a big problem if your store language is English. When you issue a customer a refund, they'll be emailed a correction to their original invoice in a language they likely don't even understand.
UPDATE: The issue has been fixed. I can now confidently recommend this app!
