Quite satisfied with the app now after using it for a little over 2 months. It does save a lot of time. Usually, I would have to manually download all invoices from Shopify as well as the receipts from Paypal, upload to/import in Lexoffice, then assign each transaction the respective invoice and category. Using his app, the process boils down to approving the suggested mapping between transactions and invoices. Definitely worth the $10/month so far. I've contacted the support regarding an issue that came up - they reacted within a business day and provided an in-depth explanation of what was happening.

Läuft soweit alles gut, nur die Funktion Pro Forma sollte noch hinzugefügt werden bei einer automatischen Rechnungserstellung. Sonst alles bestens
Ich habe zwar nicht die App, aber habe im Vorfeld den Support kontaktiert, weil ich ein paar Fragen hatte. Innerhalb von Minuten wurden meine Fragen verständlich und hilfsbereit beantwortet. Das Supporteam gibt einem ein gutes Gefühl, dass man mit der App sehr wahrscheinlich eine gute Erfahrung machen würde.

Nur einen Tipp möchte ich euch mitgeben - bitte macht mehr Werbung für die Integrations-App!!! Es hat 6 Monate gedauert bis ich von der App erfahren habe. 6 Monate! Wisst ihr wieviele graue Haare mir gewachsen sind, weil ich die App nicht hatte?! Bitte, bitte investiert in Werbung, damit alle Shop-Besitzer von der App erfahren!
