Lifetimely is a very cool and valuable app. I was able to get cohort analysis without having to crunch through hundreds of thousands of rows of spreadsheets. Karri, the founder, went out of his way to deploy performance improvements and took the time to walk me through our data, which was a surprising and awesome value add!
Still early but seems like a very nice app for keeping track of LTV, better overview for this then any other apps I have tried. Karri has been very helpful and offered prompt support. Thanks!
I signed up for this app because my CPA recommended it. This app is very helpful, showing a number of different metrics about lifetime value and customer journey. Even better, the co-founder Karri just spent almost an hour on the phone with me showing me the app, giving me great and actionable feedback for how we could use this data to improve our customer journey. I'm so glad I found this app!! It's a total game changer and has really helped me view my business more clearly. We do cash-based accounting so the P&L feature of Lifetimely helps us view the books on an accrual level. I love the daily reports so I can see our exact profit for each day. The lifetime value feature is incredible. I now know how much I'm getting from each customer and how I need to optimize my sales. The repurchase rate feature helped me build out my email flows so I can better optimize returning customers. Honestly, every feature is incredible and on top of all that you get a call with Karri to help utilize the app to the fullest. I 100% recommend this app to anyone needing better insights into their profitability, LTV and repeat customer rate!!

Customer service is great. I heard this was a useful tool but didn't know how to use it and scheduled a call that lasted almost an hour and learned so much. I highly recommend.

Awesome app that will save us hours of manual work. We used to fill in daily spreadsheets for our sales, product costs, transaction fees, ad spend etc etc. This is all now pulled in automatically without any input from us and we can look at any time frames that we need to. Support is also incredibly responsive and open to requests for new features and Karri in particular is very helpful.
