LimeSpot Personalizer

I just installed this app on my store last week and I'm already seeing some great interaction with it from visitors. The customer support team was extremely helpful in customizing some of the functionality to best fit my store and also setting up some of the style customizations in order to best match my theme. As far as app functionality, the automatic collections created for "related items" seems to be spot on for my store. Great app!

This is a fantastic app! When you have so little time to grab the attention of someone visiting your site, Limespot's app allows you to provide a dynamic and virtually real time view of your most popular items, so they font have to go searching for them. Would highly recommend it!

The best support experience I have had in a long time. I use Limespot to cross-sell products and upsell upon checkout. The usability and features are well thought out. It has really improved our ability to cross-sell products. I could not figure out how to do something and tech support immediately responded and did it for me as well as taught me how to do it. An excellent product with great support.

Definitely one of the most extensive / in-depth app that served pretty much exactly what we needed for our store!

You can fully customize the look & feel of it if you're familiar with liquid variables & CSS in the styling sheets.

On top of that, they have a really responsive support team.

UPDATE (May 2016): A few months after I initially installed Limespot on my website, I needed their support in relation to a new feature they released. They replied in less than 30 minutes from my support request and their help was invaluable. The problem was resolved immediately. Again, THANK YOU LIMESPOT for a super app and an impeccable support service !

2nd UPDATE (February 2017): Their service rocks ! I had some issues with uninstalling & re-installing and Marc was there for me every step of the way. He took it upon him to correct all issues and went above and beyond my expectations as if this was about his own eshop. Thank you, Marc ! Priceless !!!

Great app! easy to use and install.

Love these guys. Tested out a couple product personalization apps. The WYSIWYG settings builder and configuration tool made it super easy to do what we wanted. Plus, when I ran into issues, the support team was more responsive than any other support team I have ever worked with in the Shopify App store.

I was quite confused by the mechanics of the app at first, but your support people were very helpful, and their responses were timely. After you guided me through a few things and sending me relevant articles, I now understand much better. In fact I was able to set it up pretty much the way I wanted. You even listened to a suggestion I had for offering discounts right from the upsell items on the cart page. You said you were actually working on that, so bravo!
