Merchants value this app for automating returns, reducing time and support tickets. It handles complex scenarios and integrates well with Shopify and Brightpearl. The interface is user-friendly and customizable, with regular updates. Multi-store configurations are efficiently managed, and customer support is responsive and problem-solving. The app enhances the post-purchase experience and continuously improves by incorporating merchant feedback to better meet operational needs.
We stated an issue with return labels. They looked into it and responded right away explaining the issue (on the courier's side, not Loop) and made sure that everything was all good to go again quickly.
Loop Returns has made returns and exchanges incredibly simple for both our customers and our team. I also want to specifically recognize Rece from their support team — he was fantastic to work with. Quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in getting everything resolved efficiently.
